1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at
https://www.paramountrecoverycenters.com (the “Site”) and any related online services, forms, chat features, contact requests, insurance verification requests, and digital communications offered through or in connection with the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
2. Who We Are / Scope of Services
“Paramount Recovery Centers,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Paramount Addiction Treatment, LLC and/or its affiliated entities operating under the Paramount Recovery Centers brand.
The Site is intended to provide general information about substance use disorder and mental health treatment options, and to allow you to request contact, request an assessment, and/or submit information for insurance verification and admissions support.
Availability of programs, levels of care, and services may vary by location, clinical appropriateness, licensure requirements, and capacity. Any information on the Site is subject to change without notice.
3. No Medical Advice; No Provider–Patient Relationship
The Site may contain general educational content related to addiction, mental health, and recovery. This content is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Using the Site or contacting us through the Site does not create a provider–patient relationship. A provider–patient relationship is only formed if and when you are accepted for services and complete applicable intake, consent, and treatment documentation.
4. Eligibility and Use by Minors
The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Site, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
5. Your Responsibilities When Using the Site
You agree that you will:
- Provide accurate and current information when submitting forms or requests, including contact details and insurance information
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or data
You agree not to:
- Submit unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or threatening content
- Upload malware, scrape data, probe vulnerabilities, or conduct automated attacks
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, insurance status, or authority
6. Privacy, Confidentiality, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Because we operate in the addiction treatment space, certain information may be protected under HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and applicable state laws.
Important security notice: Standard SMS text messaging and email may not be secure. Do not send highly sensitive or protected health information (“PHI”) via unsecured channels unless you understand and accept the associated risks. Secure communication methods may be used when required.
7. Requests for Contact, Assessments, and Insurance Verification
If you request a confidential call, assessment, or insurance verification through the Site:
- You authorize us to contact you using the information you provide
- You represent that you have the legal authority to provide that information
- You understand that any preliminary insurance or cost information is not a guarantee of coverage, authorization, network status, or payment
Final determinations are made by your insurer and may require additional review or documentation.
8. Communications Consent (Calls, Email, and Text Messages)
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry, admissions, scheduling, reminders, care coordination, alumni support if applicable, and customer service.
Calls / Voicemail
We may contact you by phone, including autodialed or prerecorded messages where permitted by law. Consent to receive calls is not a condition of receiving treatment.
Email
Email may be used for confirmations, responses, and informational follow-up. You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time.
9. Text Messaging (A2P / SMS Terms)
If you provide a mobile number and opt in to receive text messages, the following terms apply.
Program Description
Text messages may include admissions coordination, scheduling, reminders, requested information, and limited follow-up related to treatment options or next steps.
Consent / Opt-In
You opt in by submitting your number through a form that discloses SMS consent, texting us first, or otherwise explicitly agreeing to receive SMS messages. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system where permitted by law.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one additional message confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and Sensitive Information
SMS is not a secure communication channel. Do not text sensitive medical information unless requested and unless you are comfortable communicating via SMS. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
No Mobile Information Sharing
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any legal action shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
